Private or individual English language courses are designed with the individual English learner in mind – you will learn the English language based on your individual learning requirements.

These Private or One to One English Language courses are also perfect for full–time employees who prefer flexibility due to their job demands. Business people are typical English learners who will study English in Singapore through a Private or One to One English course. In these courses, you have the opportunity to choose your own focus and study, and the hours are set according to how much time you have to learn English in Singapore.

4. Corporate / Business English Language Courses

Most of the prominent English language schools provide English learning in Singapore to learners or clients at a corporate level. These courses are designed with specific Business English purposes – learning English for the purpose of conducting business in Singapore in English. Again, these courses may be full time or part time, or even private or one to one.

Corporate or Business English language courses provide individual tuition or closed group lessons, using a variety of technical and business–based topics. Normally, the Corporate or Business English language course covers 20-hours of study with 1 ½ to 2 hours of English classroom study. In each group, learner numbers can range from 5 to 13 students.

5. English Language Holiday Study Courses

English Language Holiday Study Courses are generally short and intensive English Language courses that are designed for Primary and Secondary school students. English Holiday Courses will have students who are on their regular school break to attend an English Language school in Singapore. It allows students to get extra study and practice with the English language amidst the cultural background of Singapore. Most English Language Holiday Study Courses offered in Singapore will provide the English language learner with 2 to 5 lessons each week, to study and practice English. The benefit of taking an English Language Holiday Study Course is that it allows the learner to learn English in Singapore; and in doing so, learn about this great city state. Homestay or alternative accommodations will be arranged through the school, and often students studying an English Language Holiday Study Course will have a chance to sightsee the wonderful places that make Singapore unique, and make learning English in Singapore a pleasure.
